What food and drinks will be available?

Snacks and drinks will be available all day at an additional cost. Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be served during communal dining sessions.
You can arrive on Friday from 10:00am. If you have not already registered for activities, this could be the opportunity to secure your place.

No. Please bring plenty of cash with you, or other things with which to trade.
Can I bring a camping stove or disposable BBQ?
You may bring a gas camping stove as long as the gas bottle is no larger than 240g. Disposable BBQs are allowed but must be kept off the ground.
The music line-up will be kept top secret. We have a very eclectic taste and are incredibly passionate about music that rouses the soul and makes people either cry with joy, or want to dance.
You can bring a small amount if you wish, but we will stock all the very best, locally brewed drinks at the basecamp bar.
What is the camp timetable like?
To be confirmed.
We encourage everyone to stay on site for the full experience. However, if this is not possible, then arrangements can be made for you to stay in a local hotel, or at home if you live nearby.
Do you cater for people with special access requirements?
If you require any support in accessing the event, please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss your requirements. We will do everything we can to support you in your adventure.
Is there a plan in place if the weather is bad?
Yes, we have booked a local indoor climbing centre, trails and hikes are still possible unless in quite bad weather and if it gets really bad we have our large geodesic dome tents that can accommodate hundreds of people so we can watch the storm pass together in comfort.
Is climbing equipment available?
Yes, we will have equipment available for any beginner climbers.
